We will work closely with your other advisors on those areas of the funding documents that relate to financial covenants and testing, and financial reporting requirements.
If acting for a lender we will undertake limited, but crucial, due diligence on the borrower to ensure it has capacity to borrow and grant security and that any necessary consents it needs to enter into the finance documents are obtained.
