There are very few people who get married or enter a civil partnership with the intention of separating or getting divorced. However, life can be unpredictable. If your situation at home reaches a stage where you think you may need a family solicitor, the family law team at Tollers take a very different approach to assisting our clients through this difficult time.

Family Law

Our team of Family Law Solicitors are experts in dealing with family law matters. We specialise in divorce and relationship breakdown to family mediation through to adoption and immigration issues.

In our extensive experience, taking a less aggressive approach to handling family law matters often achieves a far more positive outcome. Wherever possible, the team want to minimise conflict and instead focus on cooperation, mediation and communication between the individuals involved.

The family law team are also aware that some cases need urgent or immediate action and where it is not possible to work with the other party, in order to resolve the issues, Tollers family law team will not hesitate to go to court to defend and protect our clients’ interests.

The team is sensitive to the emotional upheaval that any divorce, separation and financial dispute will cause. They advise and assist based on having our clients best interests at heart and pride themselves on keeping our clients fully informed as to the progress of your case.
