Amy is a Partner in the firm’s employment team. She provides practical and commercial advice to businesses on all areas of HR and employment law, specialising in complex restructures, reorganisations and business transfers.
She particularly enjoys getting to know her clients so her advice is tailored to meet their individual needs. She is a firm believer that prevention is better (and cheaper!) than a cure, and encourages employers to contact her at an early stage of the process when a more favourable outcome can often be achieved.
Amy also works closely with the firm’s corporate commercial team, advising on the employment aspects of transactions and commercial documentation.
She also offers guidance to senior executives often those at Board level with shareholdings who find themselves in difficulty with their employer and assists clients with internal proceedings such a system disciplinary, grievances, redundancy and the negotiation of exit packages/settlements agreements.
