We were up against a very tight deadline which looked impossible, but he drew up a plan and made sure that everything went according to that plan, no matter what. He told us what we needed to do and made sure that we did it. Meanwhile he got ahead with things that he needed to do. Special mention to Chloe at the Northampton office who never seemed phased by my numerous requests to come down to the office for her assistance with various things.
