Gabriella Croxford

Gaby graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a first-class honours Law degree before completing her LPC studies at the University of Law in Bristol.

Gaby joined Tollers in 2017 in the employment team and trained with the firm, completing seats in the Dispute Resolution, Corporate and Commercial and Employment departments. She qualified into the Employment team in April 2020.

Having spent a year training in the Employment department prior to qualification, Gaby has built up a wide range of experience with particular expertise in contract drafting and commercial HR advice, whilst also developing strong client relationships which enable her to provide pragmatic and tailored advice to her clients’ needs all with a personable approach.

Gaby also advises on settlement agreements and understands that often, employees can find the process overwhelming and confusing. She ensures that clients have a clear understanding of what their rights are, and what the agreement will mean for them.

Outside of the office, Gabriella enjoys cooking, socialising, reading and walking her dog.
