Lucy Rendall joined Tollers in November 2025 as an Associate and Conveyancing Manager.
She started her Conveyancing career following her post-graduate legal course in 2003. Working for a large regional law firm, she progressed from assistant to fee earner level in 2014. She then went on to manage a small team, regularly managing a varied case load of around 70+ matters until she left in 2017.
Lucy took a brief break from Conveyancing, returning in early 2022 as a Senior Manager with a small local firm. Her role included managing a small team and dealing with all aspects of a conveyancing transaction in both freehold and leasehold transactions, including more complex unregistered, new build and shared ownership matters.
Taking over this team from a standing start, following a period of disruption and uncertainty within the office, is something that Lucy is extremely proud of. She is also delighted that together she and the team created strong relationships and a consistently returning client base, overcoming scepticism within the market and changing people’s opinions following their previous negative experiences. It was a real learning curve working to reverse a negative reputation and she felt that she gained many new skills as a result.
Lucy has an extremely positive outlook, concentrating on building strong relationships with all parties regarding the work she carries out on behalf of her clients, whilst also working hard to enhance the professional development of my team.

Lucy enjoys travelling and has been lucky enough to visit many amazing places both inside and outside of the UK. She is also an avid rugby fan and goes to watch Northampton Saints whenever she can.
She has also been learning to ski over the last few years and although still very cautious, feels she is making progress.
She loves to read a lot in her spare time and also enjoys walking in the Countryside and spending time with her friends and family.
