Michelle started her career in a London-based firm of accountants, starting as a junior secretary and working her way up to being a Personal Assistant for a Partner in a City-based law firm.
After a career break to look after her two daughters, Michelle worked as secretary to the Senior Partner at Howe Roche and Waller Solicitors for 13 years.
She then joined Tollers in April 2014 and was one of our founder members of staff in our first Stevenage Old Town office.
Michelle now works as a paralegal, assisting and working alongside the two partners in our Trusts and Estates South team. She advises clients on all areas of wills, trusts and estate planning. She particularly enjoys advising on the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney for both personal and business use.
