Nicole Kohhantsuk is a Conveyancing Assistant in the firm’s Stevenage Residential Property Department, supporting fee‑earners and clients throughout the conveyancing process. With two years’ experience as a paralegal and a Law degree, she has a strong grounding in residential property matters.
Nicole helps progress transactions, prepare documentation, and liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties. She enjoys the client‑facing nature of her role and is known for her clear communication and proactive approach.
Having recently bought her own property, Nicole understands how stressful moving can be. This experience drives her commitment to providing a supportive, reassuring service.
