Sally joined Tollers (then Toller Hales and Collcutt) as a Trainee Solicitor in 1992 and upon qualifying in 1994, she joined the Tollers Family team. After qualifying she specialised exclusively in the field of family law. In 1998, Sally trained with the Solicitors Family Law Association (now called Resolution) to be a family mediator and became accredited in 2001. Since that time she has undertaken hundreds of successful mediations. In 2005 Sally was one of the first solicitors in England and Wales to train as a Collaborative family lawyer and she recognises the importance of a conciliatory approach. She has in excess of 30 years of experience as a specialist family solicitor. Sally was previously a Partner in the firm for over 20 years and Head of the Family Department, before stepping down in March 2025. Sally now works with Tollers as a part-time Consultant dealing purely with family mediation matters.

We participate in the Government’s Family Mediation Voucher Scheme.

We do not offer Publicly Funded Mediation (Legal Aid).
