Sarah Miles is a specialist Corporate Solicitor having qualified in 2004.
Sarah’s career started in Hertfordshire and for in excess of 20 years she has developed her expertise as a leading advisor to businesses and individuals alike throughout the Home Counties and the South and East Midlands.
Sarah joined Tollers in January 2026 as the firm’s New Head of Corporate. With the support of the firm Sarah has ambitions to grow and develop the existing team into one of the leading forces in the legal markets that Tollers operate in.
Prior to joining Tollers Sarah has been a Partner at both a local and a national practice and has an enviable reputation for successfully managing and developing the solicitors and support staff in her teams. She has a passion for mentoring junior members of the team and helping them build their commercial knowledge, as well as assisting them to gain confidence in the complex area of Corporate law.
Primarily, Sarah specialises in providing clients with advice relating to business/company acquisitions and sales. She also has extensive experience supporting Management Buy Out teams. Additionally, Sarah will assist clients with share buy-backs, EMI schemes, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, Articles of Association and related corporate documentation. She also guides and advises clients on a wide range of commercial agreements specific to their respective businesses.
Sarah Miles is highly experienced and works with both start-ups and established businesses and prides herself on being able to provide commercial and pragmatic advice while working in partnership to find the right solution for her clients.

Outside of work, Sarah has been a student mentor for the Charity Career Reading, mentoring a 17-year-old for a year while she was studying her A-levels (last year).
She loves to cook for her friends and family, including her 3 sons. She loves walking her two dogs. As well as all of this her biggest passion/hobby is lifting weights. She has competed as a power lifter and is currently preparing to step on stage and compete as a bodybuilder.
