Suzanne qualified as a Solicitor in September 2005 and joined Tollers Solicitors in January 2023 having previously established and maintained a Court of Protection team for a large regional firm in Peterborough.
Suzanne specialises Court of Protection matters and acts as Deputy and attorney in the management of the financial affairs of clients. Her experience includes, but is not limited to, applications for the appointment of Health and Welfare Deputies for families of vulnerable individuals, Statutory Will and Gift Applications, and applications for Orders where clients own foreign assets in Spain or in France.
Suzanne is naturally interested in people and recognises the importance of putting her clients at ease. She is a Dementia Friends Ambassador and has provided information sessions to colleagues, charities, and other professionals.

Outside of the office, Suzanne is a mother of two active children, and enjoys reading and going to the cinema. A (usually freezing) supporter of her son’s rugby team, in warmer weather, she enjoys stand-up paddle boarding (falls in every time!), lengthy walks in the country, and cycling with her family.
