I was very nervous about selling my family home post-divorce and buying my 1st house alone, it was all very raw and very "new"!  I was recommended to Tollers by a friend, Lynsey, Wayne, Mandy and the team were extremely helpful and I felt reassured and comforted from the first communication through to the last, even on the day of "completion", where Wayne kept me in the loop with every communication regarding the chain's progress.  If I didn't understand anything, I always felt like I could ask and always got a swift response and furthermore responses were delivered with empathy and without any hint of condescension!  They genuinely seemed to care about me and my situation and I would , without hesitation, recommend anyone going through the process of buying or selling a home to speak to the team at Tollers.  I am very grateful for your, what felt like a collaboration,  at this most difficult and emotive time.  Special mention to Wayne and Lynsey - who were amazing!

Purchasing a property can be a trying time. The Tollers conveyancing team and Wayne Bedding who I dealt with most were excellent, professional and friendly, keeping me well up to date on each step of the process in purchasing. They allowed patience when explaining to me any query I had, making sure I truly understood where we were and what will happen next.
